Helicopter Pilot SPIFR- HAA - Napa, CA

Job Description

We’re hiring a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transportation services for REACH Air Medical Services customers. Safety is a key pillar of our services. This position is located in Napa, CA and requires working in an environment where every second counts.

• Starting salaries from $119,825 - $131,807 including 35% Geo Modifier
• 5K SPIFR Stipend
• 15K Sign‑On Bonus, subject to eligibility
• Retention bonus plan ($40,000 after 42 months, plus additional retention bonuses upon completion of program milestones)
• Off‑Duty Housing at this location
• 7/7 Schedule

• Work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and Company requirements, and maintain aircraft cleanliness
• Maintain accurate Company and regulatory documentation and record keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners
• Provide shift change information to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording Company change board details
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
• Helicopter instrument rating
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
• 2,000 helicopter flight hours
• 1,000 helicopter PIC hours
• 1,000 turbine hours
• Minimum 100 cumulative hours of instrument flight time
• Minimum 200 helicopter night hours (aided and/or unaided)
• 230 pound weight limit with flight gear

• Previous Airbus EC135/H135 or similar aircraft experience preferred, but not required.

• Upload your Pilot License and FAA Medical Certificate

• High school diploma or equivalent
