Accounting Manager
Comp: $135,000-$150,000 + Bonus
A growing, global technology services organization is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead consolidation and financial reporting in a dynamic, matrixed environment supporting enterprise-wide decision-making.

Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager
- Lead the global monthly close and consolidation process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Prepare and review consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Partner with global and regional accounting teams to ensure consistency, resolve issues, and support reconciliations
- Perform variance analysis and validate results against underlying financial data
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and support technical accounting initiatives, including new standard implementation
- Serve as a primary liaison for external auditors and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Strengthen internal controls and identify/remediate control gaps
- Drive process improvement across close, consolidation, and reporting cycles, including system optimization
Ideal Background for the Accounting Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting
- Prior experience managing people and leading teams
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and global financial reporting requirements
- Experience in financial consolidation and global close processes
- Systems proficiency (Workday Financials, Office Connect, or similar tools preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to build partnerships across finance and business leadership
Accounting Manager Salary: $135,000- $150,000 + Bonus
