Job Duties

Complete data entry projects as assigned by the department of Music.

Create programs for the music department, have them printed, and pick them up (as needed)

Assist with Concert Attendance and on campus fairs at Music Department table.

Other duties as reasonably assigned (likely misc. clerical)

Do the job duties for this position include any driving requirements? No Job Qualifications

Competency in Microsoft Office (word processing and spreadsheets)

Is able to work independently

Good organizational skills and ability to file

Ideally:

Has experience in an office environment

Has general knowledge of Theatre and/or Music practices

Will this position be working with minors? No Approximate number of work hours per week 2-5 or more depending on work load
