We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Coordinator to support our Program and Grants Management teams. This currently includes a Grants Manager, two Program Officers, and a Strategic Projects Manager. This new role will be essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our grantmaking and programmatic activities. The Administrative Coordinator will support problem-solving, consistently looking for ways to improve efficiencies across the organization, and helping the team stay organized.
This role provides administrative support but also offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in learning about philanthropic grantmaking in the documentary field. Familiarity with and passion for the documentary field would be a bonus! We have a highly flexible remote work policy with a preference for the person in this role to be located on the East Coast, near our base in New York.
