Why is This a Great Opportunity
The company is going through a large expansion of business and how they are reaching their customers. They are in the business of selling home warranties for appliances, all utilities and their hookups (water, electrical, HVAC, gas…and all of the lines) coming into the homes, and this is a new(er) campaign to reach out to their customer base with multiple ways to reach out to them.
This is an enterprise wide program looking at addressing all things from process flows, data tables, risk mitigation, etc., and capture as many new clients in a variety of ways in an organized and systematic approach.
There are a total of 4 contract roles, all for a 6 month term, and there is always the possibility that the project can extend, or even turn into a possible Perm role (and there would be a reduced conversion fee. These roles are all in Naperville IL, a western suburb of Chicago, and near an intersection of two expressways (I-88 and 355) so fairly easy to get to.
These are hybrid roles, with most employees required to be on location 3 days a week, Tuesday thru Thursday. Ideally, the client would like to hire by March 15th, so this is urgent!
I typically mark up the base candidate's hourly rate by 35% (net), if they are a C2C (or 1099). I mark it up 50% if they are on a W-2, since I have to pay 15% in matching taxes. Due to its urgency to hire quickly, 2 other agencies have these openings, so urgency for us to get people in is NOW.
