As a Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing business operations within our organization. You will leverage your expertise in SQL and Facets Claims to drive efficiency and improve processes. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of business processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in achieving organizational goals.
• Utilize SQL to analyze data and generate insights that support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve the Facets Claims work model.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of business processes and technology solutions.
• Conduct regular reviews of business operations to identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies to mitigate risks and enhance operational integrity.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Prepare and present reports on business performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.
