Answer incoming client telephone calls and assist with the supervision and dispatching of all scheduled service and maintenance calls;
Ensure calls are answered before the third ring with the approved greeting;
Notify clients ahead of time if the Technician will not arrive within the scheduled time window;
Make outbound calls to new and club membership clients to ensure satisfaction with repairs
