Cashier Position at Dan Wolf Automotive
Are you a friendly, motivated individual with a passion for customer service? Dan Wolf Automotive is looking for a full-time cashier to join our team!
In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is dependable, has strong communication skills, and can work efficiently under pressure.
Our full-time position works 4 weekdays and Saturdays with one weekday and Sundays off. Open availability is required.

Responsibilities:
- Greets customers in a professional manner
- Assists the accounting office with various clerical and admin duties as needed
- Admin duties include scanning, filing, and other tasks as needed
- Friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
- Receives cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and records the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket.
- Records totals of counter tickets and repair orders, verifies against all cash, checks and credit card payments on hand at end of shift
- Refers customers who have additional questions to the service advisor or other appropriate individual
- Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further communication
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate superior customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic and friendly demeanor to create a welcoming guest experience
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
