Answer incoming client telephone calls and assist with supervision and dispatching of scheduled service and maintenance calls;
Ensure calls are answered before the third ring with approved greeting and script;
Notify clients ahead of time if technician will miss scheduled window;
Make outbound calls to new and club membership clients to ensure satisfaction with repairs;
Communicate professionally to form a positive first impression with clients
