School Director – The Goddard School® of Naperville

The Goddard School® of Naperville is seeking a passionate School Director to lead our team of dedicated educators and help create an exceptional environment for children, families and staff. We believe a great school starts with a supported and appreciated team. Our Director plays a key role in building a positive, collaborative workplace where teachers feel valued, recognized and empowered to do their best work every day.

This leadership role oversees daily operations, supports staff development, implements our Wonder of Learning® curriculum, and builds strong relationships with families and the community.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily school operations and maintain licensing and brand standards
• Hire, mentor and support a strong, collaborative teaching team
• Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork and recognition
• Implement Goddard's Wonder of Learning® curriculum
• Build strong relationships with families and support enrollment growth
• Ensure a safe, organized and nurturing environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related field
• 3+ years of early childhood teaching experience
• 1+ year of leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Passion for early childhood education and supporting educators
