Job DescriptionMidwest multi-disciplined engineering firm is looking to add a Transportation Project Manager to their Naperville team! Responsibilities:
Supervise/oversee transportation projects Lead a variety of projects/studies (roadway, underground utility, drainage, traffic and infrastructure improvements) Build/maintain municipal client relationships Assist with developing new transportation project business including proposal/contract preparation, project staffing and project interviews Manage local/Federal Aid projects for a variety of clients (local agencies, DOT and/or Counties) Mentor/train junior staff Assist with staffing/hiring needs Develop design/quality control standards Requirements: B.S. degree in Civil Engineering 5+ years of roadway/infrastructure design experience using IDOT standards PE License Experience completing IDOT Phase I Reports and IDOT Phase II bid documents Micro Station/Geopak capabilities preferred with an understanding of IDOT workflow May require occasional travel to job sites, client meetings and evening functions Salary is commensurate with experience.
