Location(s) Naperville, Illinois
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Materials, or related field).
Three (3) years or more experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role.
Experience with screen printing, roll-to-roll / sheet-based manufacturing processes, or new process development.
Experience implementing new manufacturing methods, including training others to execute a process.
Mechanical and process aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues and ability to identify improvement opportunities.
