• Salary up to $75,000 with base pay of $50,000 - $55,000 plus per funded file and discretionary bonuses

• Prequalify borrowers by contacting them within 24 hours and reviewing necessary documentation
• Accurately pre-approve eligible borrowers and communicate pre-approval parameters
• Onboard newly received contracts and submit loan applications for processing
• Ensure 95%+ of loans close on time by conducting daily check-ins and resolving issues
• Provide post‑closing support and maintain communication with borrowers and realtors

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage processing, underwriting, or origination
• Must maintain an active NMLS license
• Proficient in DU/DO, LP, and major investor guidelines
• Experience with Encompass and skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in client‑facing roles with a focus on customer service
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance training
