Associate Banker

As an Associate Banker at BMO Financial, you'll support clients with everyday banking needs while learning the foundations of financial planning in the Banking, Insurance & Investment team. Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional service for everyday banking transactions and inquiries
• Support clients with basic lending, insurance, and investment solutions, referring to specialists when needed
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate BMO banking and investment products
• Open and maintain accounts, process deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and security policies in all client interactions
• Use digital and CRM tools to document interactions and follow up on client opportunities
• Collaborate with branch and advisory teams to achieve sales and service goals
• Participate in ongoing training to deepen product knowledge and advisory skills
