• Review loan documents for completeness and accuracy
• Administer Loan Disbursements
• Review various loan reports
• Process data changes as needed
• Review title reports, legal documents for completeness and accuracy
• Review UCC reports
• Work with customers to obtain necessary signatures on loan documents
• Manage credit files (Global wave) including ticklers and covenants updates
• Manage ordering appraisal and environmental reports

• Required:
  
  Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  Ability to understand complex legal documents.

  Basic computer skills.

  Excellent analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.

The salary range for this full-time position is $ annually - $ annually + bonus + benefits

Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
