Endeavor Health - - Responsibilities:
Facilitates didactic, educational and unit/program community groups within the assigned treatment programs;
Encourages and facilitates patients participation in therapeutic activities;
Supervises patients to ensure their safety and their involvement in treatment;
Orients new patients to unit, program and milieu by establishing a rapport with patients and families;
Participates in treatment planning by working with interdisciplinary team to identify patients problems, needs and strengths
