RCM Auditor, Dental

We are looking for a skilled RCM Auditor to join our team in the dental industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in auditing and implementing revenue cycle management (RCM) processes, with a strong background in dentistry.

• Conduct audits of RCM processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Implement and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and financial data.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify and resolve billing discrepancies and denials.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors in RCM operations.
• Provide training and support to staff on RCM policies and procedures.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in RCM operations.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing or a related field, preferably in the dental industry.
• Strong knowledge of RCM principles and practices, including coding, claims submission, and payment posting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with healthcare professionals at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
