• Required Qualifications:
  
  IL Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), minimum of 2+ years of interventional radiology experience, Cath Lab/EP/Structural Heart/PV/Vascular experience.
• Schedule:
  
  Days, 10 hours per shift, 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information:
  Weekend and holiday call rotations are required, with approximately 7-8 days of call per month, responding within 45 minutes. Floating as needed.

  Credentials due Thursday before start date.
