Travel Planner, Customer Service Rep

As a Travel Experience Planner, you'll research destinations, accommodations, cruises, activities, excursions, and other vacation experiences to help create trips that match each traveler's interests.

From family vacations and cruises to European getaways and tropical escapes, every trip can look a little different.

• Research domestic and international travel options
• Compare hotels, resorts, cruises, tours, and vacation experiences
• Identify activities and experiences that fit travelers' interests
• Organize trip information and planning details
• Help travelers compare different vacation possibilities
• Learn about destinations, suppliers, and travel products
• Stay informed about promotions and industry updates
• Communicate professionally throughout the planning process

• Curiosity about destinations and travel experiences
• Strong research and organizational skills
• Attention to details and deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Comfortable working with online tools and resources
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training
• Previous professional travel experience is not necessary

• Must reside in US, LATAM, Australia, UK or EU
