Overview
Reporting directly to our Technical Recruiting Manager, we are looking for a Contract Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition ("TA") team and company. The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of partnering with hiring teams and recruiters to attract top talent to their company's technical teams. This person will be an important contributor to our TA team and will partner with hiring managers and recruiters to develop sourcing strategies to find and attract the best technical talent.
Responsibilities- Promote recruiting efforts in partnership with business leaders
- Identify and engage top talent
- Creatively pursue and source passive candidates, screen inbound applicants, and identify ways to improve our recruiting strategy, talent brand, and candidate experience
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Engage with employees in creative, fun ways to promote a strategic referral program
- Partner with Analytics to track pipeline and performance data to share with company partners
- Advise Hiring Managers on compensation recommendations and negotiate successful offer acceptance with finalist candidates
- Conduct reference checks as part of the candidate vetting process
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 2 years as a full-cycle technical recruiter
- Experience running multiple requisitions and managing candidate relationships with hiring managers and the broader team
- Strong technical knowledge and keen interest in staying current with technology trends and engineering/development principles
- Proven success sourcing top-of-funnel candidates, especially passive candidates
- Comfortable rolling up their sleeves and partnering with the team to lead process improvements and efficiencies in our workflows
- Experience with Lever or other similar Applicant Tracking Systems
The United States hourly base pay target ranges for this contract position are: $50-$65/hr.
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective geographic zone. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation.
