Job Title: Vertical Practice Director (Agency / Full-Desk)
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Comp: Base Salary + Aggressive Commissions + Profit Share/Overrides| Target Earnings: $300k – $700k+
THE ROLETalently is the Platform for Modern Recruitment
. We are hiring a Vertical Practice Owner to own and scale a specialized division. This is a high-impact "Player-Coach" role: you will run a full desk while leveraging our centralized support (marketing, tech, ops) to build a repeatable, dominant book of business.
Many high-performing recruiters are capped by tedious and time-consuming tasks. Instead of closing, you spend a massive portion of your week on Lead Gen, screening bad-fit applicants, chasing contact info, and bouncing between disconnected tools
. There's simply not enough hours in a day to maximize your earning potential
We're designed to remove the drag. We provide the complete "Growth Stack" so you don't have to build it yourself:
- Marketing Engine: Our team supports you by driving "warm inbound leads" and re-activating dormant accounts so you’re not rebuilding pipeline from scratch each quarter.
- Deep Data: Verified mobile numbers and full email coverage with auto-enrichment.
- Full Automation: AI systems that learn your workflow, integrated email + LI sequences, and activity tracking.
- CRM Power: Pipeline control built to MPC top talent
, drive repeat business, and "mushroom" accounts.
We also run with defined territories, vertical ownership, and clear operating rules so you build a real practice, not fight internal politics.
WHO YOU ARE- Proven Production: Verifiable history of $400k+ annual billings (or a clear path there).
- Vertical Depth: You operate as a specialist, not a generalist.
- Operator Mindset: You use systems and data to scale without cutting corners on quality.
If you’re a proven recruiter looking for a modern infrastructure to scale a vertical, apply and let’s chat.
