Manufacturing Talent Acquisition Lead
Must have manufacturing recruiting experience.
In the role of Manufacturing Talent Acquisition Lead at our Naperville, IL location, you will be responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle for exempt-level positions in the manufacturing sector. You will be tasked with identifying and overseeing recruitment resources to attract top technical talent globally. We are seeking a proactive individual with a successful track record in filling technical roles within corporate environments.
Responsibilities• Develop employment branding strategies and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Implement innovative talent pipelines and targeted sourcing campaigns.
• Stay updated on latest talent acquisition practices and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners on talent management strategies.
• Be a brand ambassador to enhance the employer brand.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws.
• Build relationships with professional organizations and educational institutions.
• Partner with hiring managers to create hiring plans.
• Implement new systems or processes within Talent Acquisition.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout recruitment process.
• Improve job postings and sourcing procedures.
• Understand organizational growth strategies and talent needs.
• Lead campus recruitment programs.
Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of recruiting experience in corporate manufacturing roles.
• Experience managing internship and co-op programs.
• Solid knowledge of employment guidelines.
• Skilled in data and reporting for recruiting processes.
• Experience negotiating offers for management roles.
• Strong ability to build trust in organization.
• Understanding of immigration laws a plus.
• Expertise in metrics, analytics, and reporting.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and behavioral interviewing.
• Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and recruitment practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
Preferred:• Familiarity with executive compensation and relocation packages.
Compensation and Benefits• Typical pay range: $100k – $120k annually.
