Position Summary

True Solutions is looking for a self‑motivated designer to join a growing team that builds custom web applications for enterprise and retail clients.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will advocate for end users and shape how our web apps look and operate. Your work will help millions of end users across the U.S. with their technology needs.

• Design intuitive, robust experiences for new and existing web apps
• Create user flows and customer journeys based on meetings with clients
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using our design library
• Design digital and print signage and advertisements
• Present user flows, mockups, and prototypes to internal and external teams
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure your designs meet client requirements

• 2+ years as a UX / UI designer / graphic designer
• Portfolio with 3+ polished UI/UX projects
• Skilled with Figma (mandatory)
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, customer journeys, and other UX deliverables
• Experience with modern, responsive HTML/CSS

• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
• ADA Compliance
• UX Research

• $40k-55k
• 16 paid days off and 10 paid holidays per year

Base pay range: $40,000.00/yr – $55,000.00/yr
