Salesforce Nonprofit Delivery Lead

Harborcoat Consulting is growing, and we’re looking for a Salesforce Nonprofit Delivery Lead to guide some of our most meaningful client projects. This role sits at the heart of our work with foundations, nonprofits, and education organizations and combines solution architecture, delivery leadership, and business analysis into one versatile, senior-level position.

• Lead full lifecycle Salesforce projects for mission-driven clients, ensuring clarity, alignment, and successful outcomes from Discovery through Production Readiness.
• Facilitate workshops, translate complex requirements, and design clear, scalable solutions across Nonprofit Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the core platform.
• Drive delivery with confidence: manage scope, guide decisions, identify risks early, and keep both Harborcoat and client teams coordinated and aligned.
• Serve as the strategic point of contact for stakeholders, building trust, setting expectations, and keeping the project aligned to the client’s North Star.
• Provide direction and oversight to consultants and offshore/nearshore partners, ensuring high-quality delivery and consistent execution.
• Configure Salesforce to address client business requirements, including work with objects, fields, page layouts, flows, automations, and Experience Cloud components.
• Collaborate closely with consultants to review configuration and validate that it aligns with the intended solution and functional requirements.

• 5 to 8 years of Salesforce consulting experience, with 3 to 5 years leading nonprofit- or foundation-focused Salesforce projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud
  , Experience Cloud
  , and core platform features.
• Ability to operate as a hybrid: part Solution Architect, part BA, part delivery leader.
• Skilled at simplifying complexity, facilitating workshops, and guiding teams through decisions and competing priorities.
• Confident working with technical and functional team members, ensuring a coherent, scalable solution.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
• Certifications such as Admin, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, Platform Architect
