GM of Telehealth Operations

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial operator who thrives in a startup environment. Experience in healthcare or a regulated industry is a plus, but not a requirement. You’ll own the day-to-day operational infrastructure of our telehealth practice, working closely with Finance, Legal, and Clinical teams to ensure we are compliant and efficient.

• Build the operational foundation for a telehealth practice that scales with us as we grow
• Own our path to expansion, navigating the regulatory landscape across states so we can move fast and compliantly into new markets
• Turn complex, multi-state compliance requirements into clean, repeatable systems — the kind that let a fast-growing company scale without breaking
• Stand up and maintain the entity infrastructure that powers our clinical operations, owning the full lifecycle from formation through ongoing compliance
• Write the playbooks that let our clinical team focus on care — building the processes and documentation that make scale possible
• Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI across our telehealth workflows, finding ways to move faster and serve more patients while staying compliant and clinically sound
• Partner with Finance and Legal to make sure our operational and regulatory footprint grows in lockstep with the business
• Be the connective tissue between clinical, legal, engineering and finance — the person who sees the full picture and keeps everything moving forward

• You have 4 - 7 years of experience in healthtech startups, telehealth operations, healthcare compliance, or a related field
• You have direct experience standing up a telehealth practice at a startup or early-stage company - you’ve done this before and can move fast
• You have deep familiarity with multi-state professional corporation structures, friendly PC models, and corporate practice of medicine laws
• You have experience managing outside legal counsel and registered agents
• You have strong organizational skills and can manage a complex, multi-workstream compliance tracker without dropping balls
• You’re comfortable operating with ambiguity, building processes from scratch, and are based in the US

• Familiarity with the HSA/FSA regulatory environment
• Prior experience at a payments company, health-tech startup, or similar platforms
