About

The Role

We are seeking a Product Lead to own the direction of our Fintech & Financial Institution team. Starting in 2025, we are seeing a massive wave of adoption of blockchain across a wide range of financial use cases – from investing and trading, to money movements and tokenization. The increase in regulatory clarity and coming of age of stable coins allows many traditional financial applications to be re‑based on blockchains to reap the benefits of global, fast, cheap transactions and settlements.

In this role, you will drive our strategy on how to best serve the needs of this new class of users. We already work closely with several of them – Robinhood, Stripe, JP Morgan – offering some of the key building blocks they need to interact with blockchains. We seek to expand our Developer Platform offering to support the scale and new types of applications that they seek to build.

As the leader for this new segment of users, you’ll work closely with our founders, Head of Marketing, Head of Sales, and other cross‑functional leaders to drive some of the most important outcomes for Alchemy.

What You’ll Do
  • Set long‑term strategy with company leadership (incl. CEO, CTO, Head of Engineering).
  • Lead engagements with our customers, including top fintechs & financial institutions, to understand what they really need.
  • Shape product roadmaps & requirements based on deep collaboration with customers and partners like Optimism and Arbitrum.
  • Design and execute go‑to‑market plan to best serve Fintechs and Financial Institutions.
  • Evangelize Alchemy’s Developer Platform through industry thought leadership.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience both working at Fintechs/Financial Institutions and serving their needs.
  • 5+ years of experience working closely with customers (user interviews, product‑led sales, etc.).
  • 2+ years of experience in web3/crypto.
  • Deep technical expertise through experience with developer products as a Product Manager, direct experience in Software Engineering, or a technical degree.
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3+ years of people‑management experience preferred.

Alchemy is committed to offering competitive compensation, including base salary as well as equity. Additionally, Alchemy offers comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as other benefits such as 401k and unlimited flexible time off. The base salary range for this position is estimated to be between $135,000 – $350,000 annually. Please note this range reflects base salary only, and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

Your salary will be determined by various factors, including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business needs.
