ABOUT

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a driven eCommerce Generalist to become the operational backbone of our client’s digital commerce team. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing execution, project coordination, and customer experience — deploying Klaviyo campaigns, keeping the campaign calendar humming, managing our Notion workflow board, and ensuring our Shopify storefront stays merchandised and optimized.

This is a high-ownership, full-time role ideal for someone who loves both the craft of email marketing and the discipline of project management. You thrive in fast-moving environments, communicate proactively, and take pride in flawless execution. To succeed in this role, you must have deep experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Notion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Email & SMS Campaign Execution
  • Build, QA, schedule, and deploy email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo across promotional, transactional, and lifecycle sends.
  • Segment audiences accurately, apply A/B test logic, and verify links, copy, and creative before every send.
  • Monitor deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and revenue per send; flag issues and optimize in real time.
Campaign Calendar Management
  • Own and maintain the master email/SMS calendar, ensuring all campaigns are briefed, built, and scheduled on time.
  • Coordinate with marketing leadership to align campaign cadence with promotions, product launches, and seasonality.
  • Proactively surface conflicts, gaps, or opportunities in the send calendar and recommend adjustments.
Notion Campaign Board & Creative Traffic
  • Manage the team’s Notion board for email campaigns — create briefs, track status, and keep all assets organized.
  • Act as the traffic manager between copywriters and designers: assign tasks, manage deadlines, and consolidate feedback rounds.
  • Ensure creative assets arrive on time and meet brand and technical specifications before entering production.
Customer Service Escalation Handling
  • Serve as the eCommerce escalation point for complex customer issues raised by the support team (order errors, promotions, loyalty, etc.).
  • Diagnose root causes, coordinate resolutions with relevant stakeholders, and close the loop with the customer-facing team.
  • Document recurring issues and recommend systemic fixes to reduce escalation volume over time.
Shopify Merchandising & Operations
  • Execute day-to-day Shopify tasks: create and manage discount codes, update product listings, and configure collections.
  • Audit the storefront regularly to catch broken links, incorrect pricing, or out-of-stock issues, resolving or escalating promptly.
  • Support promotional event setup (flash sales, bundles, BOGO offers) with accurate Shopify configuration.
eCommerce Project Management
  • Coordinate cross-functional eCommerce campaigns end-to-end — aligning copy, design, dev, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain project timelines, keep stakeholders informed of progress, and elevate blockers early.
  • Document processes, maintain SOPs, and identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and campaign quality.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • MUST-HAVE: 3+ years of experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Notion
  • Professional fluency in English with top-tier written, reading, and speaking skills
  • Outstanding project management, organizational and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Permanent access to a computer with reliable and high-speed Internet connection
  • Ability to work in US Pacific Time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
  • Previous experience working the overnight/graveyard shift
  • Nice-to-have:
    • Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and list health management.
    • Experience with basic HTML/CSS for email template edits.
    • Exposure to eCommerce analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Triple Whale, Northbeam, etc.).
    • Background in DTC (direct-to-consumer) or high-growth eCommerce brands.
    • Experience coordinating with creative agencies or freelance copy/design resources.
BENEFITS
  • Competitive pay, always in US dollars
  • Work remotely from the comfort of your home
  • Health & wellness benefit
  • Paid holidays and time off
  • Performance and referral bonuses
  • Global exposure to the world’s best companies
