Senior Architect

We are seeking a Senior Architect to serve as the organization's subject matter expert for enterprise level AI adoption. This role will provide architectural guidance, establish best practices, coach developers and power users, conduct solution reviews, and ensure responsible, secure, and effective use of Claude across business and technology functions. The consultant will act as a trusted advisor to executives, architects, developers, business analysts, and citizen developers.

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise technology consulting, or AI enablement.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience using Claude, LLMs, Generative AI platforms, or AI copilots in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI‑assisted software development, AI governance, and knowledge management.
• Experience designing enterprise solutions using APIs, cloud platforms, integrations, and automation technologies.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business‑friendly guidance.

• Experience with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI platforms.
• Experience creating enterprise AI standards, governance frameworks, and adoption programs.
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, AI agents, MCP, prompt libraries, and workflow automation.
• Experience with Microsoft Ecosystem including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Integration Services, RPA, software development lifecycle, and Dev Sec Ops  practices.
• Exposure to regulated industries, security controls, and compliance requirements.
• Experience architecting and integrating enterprise solutions across Microsoft Ecosystem, Salesforce, Net Suite, and Azure platforms, including data integration, workflow automation, AI enablement, governance, and enterprise application modernization.

• Define enterprise best practices for AI usage across business and technology teams.
• Advise architects and engineering teams on Claude‑assisted solution design and implementation approaches.
• Establish standards for prompt engineering, knowledge management, AI workflows, and AI‑assisted delivery.
• Evaluate emerging Claude capabilities and identify high‑value business use cases.

• Train developers, analysts, product managers, and power users on effective Claude usage.
• Develop reusable playbooks, templates, prompt libraries, and training materials.
• Conduct workshops, office hours, coaching sessions, and hands‑on enablement programs.
• Create role‑based adoption frameworks for business and technical users.

• Review prompts, AI workflows, agents, automation solutions, and development practices.
• Audit Claude‑generated outputs for quality, accuracy, security, and compliance.
• Provide recommendations to improve productivity, maintainability, and business value.
• Establish KPIs and maturity models for AI adoption.

• Define guardrails for responsible AI usage.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security, privacy, and governance requirements.
• Support risk assessments and AI governance reviews.
• Develop policies for prompt management, knowledge sharing, and AI lifecycle management.
