QA Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced analyst to join our team in Naperville, IL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual and some automation testing, as well as extensive experience in system analysis, programming, and troubleshooting of software applications.

• 5 years of experience in manual testing, with some automation experience as an asset.
• 5 years of experience in process planning, organizing, and implementing testing efforts.
• Knowledge in the development of test plans, test data, and test cases and executing these against various components.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end test planning and execution.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Experience using Client ALM and JIRA.
• Hands-on experience in Agile software development.
• Firm understanding of testing concepts and quality assurance.
• Prior work experience at client or in the client's industry.

• Experience in Automated QA - Test Complete.
• Experience with manual testing processes and management.
• Additional experience in system analysis and troubleshooting.
