We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling complex real estate transactions beyond residential closings, with a focus on commercial real estate, development, and land use matters. This is an opportunity to work directly with business clients, developers, and investors on sophisticated real estate deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development projects
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase & sale agreements, leases, easements, and loan documents
- Advise clients on title, survey, zoning, and land use matters
- Provide counsel to developers, landlords, lenders, and tenants on real estate strategies and risks
- Work closely with firm leadership and clients to structure and close transactions efficiently
- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Illinois
- 3-7 years of real estate experience, with a focus on commercial transactions preferred
- Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, title/survey issues, and financing structures
- Experience with land use/zoning or development projects is a plus
- Excellent communication, drafting, and client-relations skills
