* + As a Production Supervisor run daily start-ups, own hazard hunts, verify LOTO/machine guarding, and close near-miss actions like clockwork. You'll be the role model for  
** GMPs, HACCP/Preventive Controls, FSMA,

* + Keep every spec on point: CCP checks, metal/X‑ray, code/date accuracy, net weight, allergen control. When something's off, you contain it, identify the root cause, fix it, and lock it in with

* + Lead tier huddles, manage hour-by-hour boards, and deliver plan vs. actual. Drive  
** OEE** , yield, and changeover time with

** The profile we're excited to meet*

* + Bachelor's in Ops/Engineering/Food Sci/Business

+ 1-3 years in high-speed manufacturing (food/Bev/CPG preferred)  
** or
* * you've led frontline teams and have the receipts

+ Working knowledge of  
** GMPs, HACCP, sanitation basics** ; comfort with  
** Lean/TPM**  (5S, AM/PM, SMED)

+ Microsoft 365 savvy; experience with SAP a plus

** Salary and Benefits:*
* The base salary range for this position is $61,800 to $84,975; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for over achievement based on performance and company results.
