* + Bachelor's in Ops/Engineering/Food Sci/Business

+ 1-3 years in high-speed manufacturing (food/Bev/CPG preferred)  
** or
* * you've led frontline teams and have the receipts

+ Working knowledge of  
** GMPs, HACCP, sanitation basics** ; comfort with  
** Lean/TPM**  (5S, AM/PM, SMED)

+ Microsoft 365 savvy; experience with SAP a plus

+ Clear communicator, calm under pressure,

** Salary and Benefits:*
* The base salary range for this position is $61,800 to $84,975; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for over achievement based on performance and company results.
