Come join us rick's Residence! A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, we've served the community since 1964. We are a place of life, a place of caring, and more importantly, a true home for our residents.
We are seeking to fill the position of CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant.
- Day and Evening shifts.
- $20 to $28 per hour based on circumstances including skills, qualifications, degrees and certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
- CNA Shift Differential is .90 for evening and nights; $2 for Wknds.
- IL CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (active on the Health Care Worker Registry).
- SNF and LTC experience preferred.
- CPR certified.
- Experience in promoting and facilitating teamwork.
- Point Click Care (PCC) experience preferred.
- Answer signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
- Assist residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair and incontinence care.
- Assist residents at meal time.
- Assist resident with range of motion exercises.
- Provide for personal care and comfort.
- Assist with movement to wheelchair or activity areas.
- Provide direct and indirect resident care services.
- Meet the communication needs of resident and family.
- Communicate changes in residents' clinical condition.
