A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, we've served the community since 1964. We are seeking to fill the position of CNA
- Certified Nursing Assistant
.

  • Part-Time:
    Day and Evening shifts available.
  • $20 to $28 per hour based on circumstances including skills, qualifications, degrees and certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
  • CNA Shift Differential is .90 for evening and nights; $2 for Wknds.

Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA Requirements:

  • IL CNA
    - Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (active on the Health Care Worker Registry).
  • SNF and LTC experience preferred.
  • CPR certified.
  • Experience in promoting and facilitating teamwork.
  • Point Click Care (PCC) experience preferred.

Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA Job Summary:

  • Answer signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
  • Assist residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair and incontinence care.
  • Assist residents at meal time.
  • Assist resident with range of motion exercises.
  • Provide for personal care and comfort.
  • Assist with movement to wheelchair or activity areas.
  • Provide direct and indirect resident care services.
  • Meet the communication needs of resident and family.
  • Communicate changes in residents' clinical condition.
