Medical Practitioner Opportunity at Serotonin Centers

Join Our Team as a Medical Practitioner at Serotonin Centers. Are you a motivated, compassionate, and wellness-minded Medical Practitioner who thrives in a client-focused environment? Serotonin Centers is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician who is passionate about helping clients improve their health, confidence, longevity, and overall quality of life. Our ideal practitioner combines strong clinical judgment with an engaging, relationship-oriented approach to care.

You should be comfortable educating clients, recommending appropriate treatments and wellness programs, building long-term client relationships, and helping individuals confidently move forward with treatment plans that support their goals. This role requires hands-on involvement in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, including hormone pellet insertion, along with weight management, functional wellness, IV therapy, aesthetics, and other services offered by the Center.

About Serotonin Centers

Serotonin Centers provides comprehensive, personalized services focused on health optimization, longevity, hormone balance, weight management, aesthetics, mindfulness, and overall wellness. Our services include Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), hormone pellet therapy, medical weight management, IV and IM therapy, functional wellness, body contouring, aesthetics, nutraceuticals, and other evidence-based approaches designed to help clients look, feel, and perform at their best. We believe exceptional care goes beyond treating symptoms.

Our practitioners help clients understand their options, establish meaningful wellness goals, and develop individualized plans that encourage long-term engagement and healthier lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive client consultations, medical evaluations, diagnoses, and follow-up appointments.
  • Develop and confidently present individualized treatment and wellness plans based on each client's goals, laboratory results, medical history, and clinical needs.
  • Educate clients on available therapies and clearly communicate the benefits, expectations, costs, and appropriate next steps associated with recommended services.
  • Provide exceptional client experiences that encourage trust, treatment-plan adherence, long-term engagement, and continuity of care.
  • Diagnose and manage hormonal imbalances in both men and women.
  • Prescribe and manage Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy when clinically appropriate.
  • Perform BHRT hormone pellet insertion procedures as a core responsibility of the position.
  • Order and interpret laboratory testing and adjust treatment plans based on clinical findings.
  • Provide medical weight-management services, including appropriate prescribing and management of GLP-1 and GLP-1/GIP medications.
  • Educate clients regarding medication expectations, lifestyle modifications, nutrition, potential side effects, and sustainable wellness habits.
  • Collaborate closely with Health Coaches to support comprehensive weight-management and lifestyle programs.
  • Maintain a wellness-minded approach that incorporates nutrition, movement, stress management, mindfulness, sleep, and other lifestyle factors when appropriate.
  • Perform EMSculpt NEO and other body-contouring treatments.
  • Administer Botox and dermal fillers while maintaining natural-looking, client-centered results.
  • Provide IV and IM therapies and perform blood draws.
  • Educate clients about Center Membership options and recommend memberships when they appropriately support the client's ongoing health and wellness goals.
  • Recommend professional skincare products, nutraceuticals, supplements, and complementary wellness services when appropriate.
  • Help clients understand the value of comprehensive and ongoing wellness programs rather than approaching care as isolated treatments.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through consistent follow-up, education, accountability, and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the Front Desk, Health Coaches, and other team members to coordinate appointments, membership needs, treatment schedules, and client follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation within the EMR.
  • Stay informed regarding emerging developments in hormone optimization, longevity medicine, weight management, aesthetics, and wellness.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician in good standing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Women's Health, Men's Health, hormone optimization, anti-aging/longevity medicine, functional wellness, or aesthetics.
  • Ability and willingness to perform hormone pellet insertion procedures is essential to this position.
