Registered Nurse

St. Patrick's Residence, a nonprofit, faith-based nursing and rehabilitation community in Naperville, IL, seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, resident-centered care to older adults in long-term care, memory care, and skilled nursing. The RN will complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, coordinate care plans, supervise CNAs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. This role supports residents' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs while promoting dignity, safety, and comfort in a mission-driven environment with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in long-term care, memory care, and skilled nursing units
• Complete comprehensive resident assessments and ongoing monitoring
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Supervise and support CNAs and other support staff to ensure quality care
• Document care, assessments, and changes in condition in the EHREducate residents and families on care plans, treatments, and wellness
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and safety in line with faith-based values
• Follow infection control, regulatory, and organizational policies and procedures
