Astro Wisdom Academy is the educational division of Astro Coach, focused on modern astrology, psychology, self-development, and professional astrology training.

Our mission is to transform the way people perceive astrology by combining traditional wisdom with practical application, psychology, and personal growth.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven sales professional who can convert webinar attendees and qualified leads into enrolled students for our courses and training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact and counsel leads generated through advertisements, webinars, landing pages, and marketing campaigns
  • Understand prospective students' goals, challenges, and learning objectives
  • Explain course benefits, curriculum, career opportunities, and outcomes clearly
  • Conduct consultation and enrollment calls
  • Follow up consistently with interested prospects
  • Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments
  • Maintain lead records and update CRM systems
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead management
  • Meet and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with prospective students
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, counseling, admissions, education sales, EdTech sales, coaching sales, or high-ticket sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent English and Hindi communication skills
  • Strong objection-handling and closing skills
  • Comfortable conducting phone and video consultation calls
  • Experience working with CRM tools and lead management systems
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
  • Ability to build rapport and trust quickly
Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

  • EdTech sales
  • Online course sales
  • Coaching or training program sales
  • Webinar sales funnels
  • High-ticket consulting sales
  • Personal development, wellness, psychology, spirituality, or astrology-related industries

  • Lead-to-call conversion rate
  • Call-to-enrollment conversion rate
  • Monthly revenue generated
