PT Senior Sales Associate

Music & Arts is seeking a PT Senior Sales Associate for our retail store. In this role, you'll drive sales of band and orchestra instruments, rentals, repairs, and accessories while delivering exceptional customer service to students, parents, and educators. You'll support lesson enrollment, maintain merchandising standards, and use POS systems to complete accurate transactions. Collaborating with store and school service teams, you'll help match customers with the right products and services, promote education-focused programs, and contribute to a friendly, inclusive, and performance-minded workplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative sales support for instruments, rentals, repairs, and accessories
• Deliver high-quality customer service to students, parents, and educators
• Process sales, rentals, and payments accurately using POS systems
• Support lesson enrollment and explain education programs to customers
• Maintain merchandising, stocking, and visual presentation standards
• Collaborate with store and school service teams to meet sales goals
• Promote financing, protection plans, and promotional offers where appropriate
• Handle basic product troubleshooting and direct repair requests
• Maintain product knowledge of instruments and accessories
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and education-focused store culture
