• Diagnose, service, and repair residential plumbing systems and components
• Perform routine maintenance and identify opportunities for system improvements
• Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Educate customers on plumbing solutions and recommend services as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and professional service delivery

• Experience in residential plumbing or home services required (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical background is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
