Electrician Foreman
Join our team to work on exciting new construction residential projects across the Chicagoland area, from Shorewood to Huntley. This foreman-level role involves ground-up construction, wiring homes, bending conduit, and running wire. Depending on the schedule and job demand, you will manage crews ranging from a couple of individuals to five or six. Candidates will typically stay with a project until its completion.

- Oversee and manage new construction residential projects.
- Perform and supervise wiring, conduit bending, and running wire.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Work with crews to complete construction tasks.
- Troubleshoot both commercial and residential electrical issues.
- Delegate tasks and mentor electrician helpers.
- Experience with new build residential projects, including single-family and multifamily apartments.
- Foreman experience in electrical projects.
- Proficiency in conduit bending.
- Experience with 120, 240, 480V electrical systems.
- Ability to run conduit and wire.
- Capability to read and follow blueprints.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in pipe bending up to 1".
- Possession of own pouches, hand tools, cordless tools, and benders.
- Experience in commercial electrician work is advantageous, but residential experience is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work alongside journeyman and apprentice-level electricians on medium to large-size residential construction projects. Projects will include both new builds and reconstructions. The environment encourages teamwork and skill-building as you troubleshoot and delegate tasks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Naperville, IL.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
