HVAC Service ​/ Install Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a Service Titan Trained Service/Install Technician to join our team! You will perform field service and install for both residential and commercial HVAC systems in order to drive company success.

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of five years of experience in the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of the HVAC sequence of operations
• Ability to diagnose and repair faulty residential and commercial HVAC equipment
• Clean driving record and safe operation of company vehicles
• Ability to navigate Service Titan, our business operating system
• Perform maintenance services and recommend system upgrades to support business growth
• Perform all maintenance, service repairs and full system replacements to meet or exceed customer's expectations
• Comply with all company safety and procedural requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of field service and install of residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal customer communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders and work in all weather conditions
• Service Titan experience is preferred
