Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Engineering Manager to lead our platform engineering team. You will own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of our Salesforce ecosystem while managing, mentoring, and growing a team of talented engineers and developers. Partnering closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams, you will deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that drive business impact, and provide leadership over QA, vendor and partner relationships, and team culture.
This role is located at our headquarters in Naperville, IL. Our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience, so a regular in-office hybrid model (T-TH in office and M & F remote) is required.

Experience and Qualifications of the Role
6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. 3+ years managing Salesforce engineering teams, including direct people management. Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security model, and governor limits. Proven experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms such as Mule Soft, Boomi, or similar). Experience with Dev Ops tooling for Salesforce (SFDX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Flosum).
