Game Day USA, a division of Athletx Sports Group, is located in Naperville, IL and is a national leader in producing baseball and softball events for all ages and levels of competition. Game Day USA recently celebrated its 20-year anniversary, and is seeking dedicated individuals for on-site Event Management both nationally and in the Midwest.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Game Day USA is looking to hire dedicated individuals for the position of Event Coordinator, assisting with managing all on-site facets of Game Day USA events. If you are passionate about baseball and softball, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and are eager to immerse yourself in the world of Event Management, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Pre-Event Coordination of event equipment transportation
• Assist in on-site Game Day operations, manage equipment logistics, and ensure adherence to tournament and facility rules
• Communicate with teams in person as well as through electronic text message system
• Ensure correct entry of all game scores and tournament seeding into
• Attend to Merchandise Shop and Ticket Sales
• Work closely with Facility Staff and Umpire Assignor throughout the duration of the event
• Assist with all end of tournament Awards Ceremonies
• Assist in tournament wrap-up, ensuring all equipment is accounted for and returned to Game Day USA HQ
• Openness to travel, hotel is provided for events located 60 miles away
