Compensation for this role is $20/hr The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.

As a Solutions Engineering/Analytics Intern, you will learn the ins and outs of supporting new and existing clients by developing reports, creating dashboards, and providing insights through data analysis. What you'll do on a typical day:

* Assist with researching transportation and logistics solutions and improving efficiencies

* Gain understanding and experience with functional areas of transportation and logistics

* Participate in projects in the areas of logistics, network design, transportation, and optimization

* Research data related to mode/carrier selection, shipment tracking and the measurement of customer service and carrier performance

* Gain real world knowledge of various software programs, including Power BI, Oracle, Microsoft Excel, and Salesforce

What you need to succeed at RXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

* High school diploma or equivalent, and currently pursuing a bachelor's degree

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

It'd be great if you also have:

* Education toward a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or related field

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized, and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience

* Solid organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines

* High energy work style with a solid drive to succeed

* Self-motivated and able to work well with minimal supervision or in a team environment; able to consult with team members and management as needed
