Provide logistics support, including order entry, routing and dispatching, and traffic coordination;
Maintain customer profile information and enter loads into the Transportation Management System;
Update account managers on problem loads and actions taken; update receivers and customers on load status;
Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries and verify on-time and in-good-condition arrivals;
Take driver calls and validate load data prior to delivery for accounting purposes
