Provide logistics support, including order entry, routing and dispatching, and traffic coordination;
Maintain customer profile information and enter loads into the Transportation Management System;
Update account managers on problem loads and actions taken, update receivers and customers on status of loads;
Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify loads arrive on time and in good condition;
Take check calls from drivers to ensure on-time delivery and validate load data for accounting
