RXO - - Responsibilities:
Provide logistics support including order entry, routing and dispatching, and traffic coordination;
Maintain customer profile information and enter loads into the Transportation Management System;
Update account managers on problem loads and status; update receivers and customers on load status;
Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries to verify on-time arrival and good condition;
Take calls from drivers and validate load data prior to delivery for accounting purposes
