We are a growing hospitality company dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a motivated Accounting/HR Assistant to support both our accounting and HR functions in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new staff.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs.

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and reconcile financial reports and statements.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audits.

• 1–3+ years of experience in HR, accounting, or administrative support (hospitality experience preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS or accounting software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Naples, FL.
