• Process vehicle title and registration paperwork, ensuring compliance with state regulations, verify ownership documents, manage stock levels, track inventory, ensure products are accurately recorded and stored, and more.
• Process registration for new and used vehicles
• Prepare auto tax and title documents
• Submit legal transfer documents to the DMV
• Verify funds and ensure paperwork accuracy
• Prepare payoff checks and manage dealer trades
• Track inventory levels and update records
• Manage orders from suppliers
• Perform other duties as needed

• 2+ years of auto dealership Title Clerk / Inventory Specialist experience is preferred
• Knowledge of vehicle registration laws and inventory management
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Strong attention to details
• Good computer, communication, and customer service skills
• A professional appearance
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
