Wanted
A superb accountant/admin/bookkeeper for two established reputable car wash businesses in Naples, FL. This is a full‑time key position, so we seek a very responsible, organized individual with a strong work ethic. All office duties must be handled by the candidate and one coworker, therefore the job requires a high degree of reliability. Experience with Quick Books is a must.
Responsibilities and Duties- Process payroll on a weekly basis
- Payroll tax and quarterly reporting
- Prepare W‑2
- Workers Comp monthly reporting
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Daily journal entries
- Bank reconciliations
- Year end tax preparation
- LLC annual filings
- Real estate taxes
- Experience working as an accountant
- Strong time‑management skills; ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and organize
- Knowledgeable of computer technology that includes Excel, Google Docs and Quick Books
- Strong math skills
