Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 5+ years experience in bookkeeping
• Experience working at a CPA firm preferred
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, strong ethics and business conduct
• Ability to thrive in a deadline‑oriented environment
• Highly proficient in Quick Books, Microsoft Office, Tax Software
• Knowledge about construction, hospitality and/or healthcare industry a plus
• Currently live a reasonable commuting distance from Downtown Naples. This is a 100% on‑site position.

• Assist with account reconciliation, payroll, account analysis and preparation of financial statements
• Support the accounting team in day‑to‑day operations
• Assist with tax preparation and filing
• Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Work as required during tax season to meet federal and state deadlines
• Perform other related tasks as needed

• Strong understanding of basic accounting GAAP principles
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Highly proficient with spreadsheets, accounting software and data entry
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Collaborative with colleagues at all levels
